Very happy with the my experience with Perth City Air. James came out initially and patiently walked me through what was involved and answered my questions. I felt that I was going to be in good hands, and he has followed up since to ensure all is good.
The installers were fantastic! Efficient, polite, careful, and cleaned up well.
The admin staff also were available and helpful. All in all I’m very pleased I chose Perth City Air for my ducted air con. The result is actually better than I expected. A job well don by all!

We had a 7kw split installed into our old home. What we thought would be tricky, the team made it happen and did a fab job. James quoting, Nick reviewing install concerns prior, Thomas and Joel fitting, the unit, sparkies wiring it in and Tamara and Dragana being very patient with the admin side of it all! The team were courteous, professional, informative and trustworthy to be in our home. Bloody great job all round. Only improvement that could help some of us IT challenged folk, could be some support on setting up the APP. We sorted it out but was tricky. Thanks to all at Perth City Air.

We recently had our existing ducted system replaced with a 14 kW Daikin three-phase ducted system, AirTouch 5, individual room temperature control and additional outlets to the ensuite and bathroom.

James Crabtree was outstanding throughout the entire process, from my initial quote request right through to commissioning. He remained helpful and engaged at every stage and even took the time to personally show me how to use the various functions of our AirTouch 5 system.

Our project formed part of a larger renovation and had several specific requirements, including a staged installation coordinated with other trades. James, Nick—the on-site supervisor—and the entire installation team handled everything professionally and ensured every requirement was met.

As an electrician, I tend to pay close attention to the quality of installation work. I can confidently say that the workmanship in the roof space was top-notch. The high-quality fixing and hanging systems, precise duct placement, proper support and overall attention to detail were genuinely impressive. It was clear that considerable care and pride went into the installation.

Perth City Air may cost a little more than some alternatives, but the quality of the equipment, installation and customer service made it absolutely worth the extra investment. I am extremely happy with the finished system and would highly recommend James, Nick and the Perth City Air team.

We reached out to Perth City air and 2 other firms to replace our 20 year old reverse cycle ducted system which was at the end of its life. Perth City Air got the work as the whole process was hassle free, price competitive and they communicated clearly (with different options) at every stage. These guys really are the best at what they do. From the moment I got Ryan's quote, I could see he had thought of things that other installers didn't consider. I didn't even know I could have a second return air, but it was perfect for my layout.

I wasn't sure about the unit size, so Ryan went above and beyond. He sent me the design of his own home and his usage across several days, which was a nice personal touch.

On the day, Eric and his team carried out an exceptional install. They talked through everything with me to make sure it was correct and left my property clean and tidy afterwards.

Even after the install, they are more than happy to take calls and help me optimise my Airtouch 5 system. You can tell they take real pride in their service and workmanship!

Our 46 year old reverse cycle ducted system finally failed, we got 2 quotes, and went with Perth city air due to positive reviews. James did an initial quote over the phone, and a more detailed quote once out at the premises … when he could see all the actual problems, including the fact that our antique power meter box would also need upgrading. So the job involved two main days, one with the removal and install team for the air con system, the other for the sparkies to complete their meter box upgrade (which added to the cost, but was definitely needed).
The air con replacement team took a whole day, but did a great job, leaving the area clean and tidy, taking away all the waste from the old system. The house had a tricky design, but they were able to troubleshoot problems, including having to install a ‘manhole’ into a wall for access (this was done a week prior).
The electricians came out the next day, did their work, upgraded the meter box to be modern and large enough to fit what was needed, and installed the control panel, explaining how to use it.
System has been working fine, currently winter, so only using the heating functions.
We had our power tripping 3 weeks later in the upstairs lights. We called back their electrical team (as the timing was suspicious). They spent a few hours in the roof diagnosing the problem, and found and replaced an existing lighting cable which must have been damaged during the installation 3 weeks prior. This was at no extra cost, and was performed very professionally.
The team have been great, communication efficient and timely, highly recommend Perth City Air for this type of work.
