These guys really are the best at what they do. From the moment I got Ryan's quote, I could see he had thought of things that other installers didn't consider. I didn't even know I could have a second return air, but it was perfect for my layout.

I wasn't sure about the unit size, so Ryan went above and beyond. He sent me the design of his own home and his usage across several days, which was a nice personal touch.

On the day, Eric and his team carried out an exceptional install. They talked through everything with me to make sure it was correct and left my property clean and tidy afterwards.

Even after the install, they are more than happy to take calls and help me optimise my Airtouch 5 system. You can tell they take real pride in their service and workmanship!

Our 46 year old reverse cycle ducted system finally failed, we got 2 quotes, and went with Perth city air due to positive reviews. James did an initial quote over the phone, and a more detailed quote once out at the premises … when he could see all the actual problems, including the fact that our antique power meter box would also need upgrading. So the job involved two main days, one with the removal and install team for the air con system, the other for the sparkies to complete their meter box upgrade (which added to the cost, but was definitely needed).
The air con replacement team took a whole day, but did a great job, leaving the area clean and tidy, taking away all the waste from the old system. The house had a tricky design, but they were able to troubleshoot problems, including having to install a ‘manhole’ into a wall for access (this was done a week prior).
The electricians came out the next day, did their work, upgraded the meter box to be modern and large enough to fit what was needed, and installed the control panel, explaining how to use it.
System has been working fine, currently winter, so only using the heating functions.
We had our power tripping 3 weeks later in the upstairs lights. We called back their electrical team (as the timing was suspicious). They spent a few hours in the roof diagnosing the problem, and found and replaced an existing lighting cable which must have been damaged during the installation 3 weeks prior. This was at no extra cost, and was performed very professionally.
The team have been great, communication efficient and timely, highly recommend Perth City Air for this type of work.

James the salesman was very honest, down to earth, very knowledgeable, and very helpful in finding the best solution for an old house with some issues. I appreciated the details he pointed to and the communication with the electrical team which gave way to a smooth delivery. James also helped me understand how to most efficiently run the system once it had been installed. Top quality service.
The installation team was skilled, friendly, relatable, efficient and thorough. Everything got done within the expected time line despite some glitches owing to the house being old and additions having been made to it. We required a complete removal of our old evaporative system and purchased a new reverse cycle. It was a touch job due to a very tight roof cavity, however PCA took the job on board and we were extremely happy with the installation. We mostly dealt with Nick who was amazing, however all the technicians and staff were lovely to deal with. Very efficient from the start from scheduling a quote right through to the completion of work. I would highly recommend Perth City Air!

Perth city air were a great help with the installation of a ducted system for our drop on second storey working with our builder (Summit) to resolve the challenges to make the system for the entire home. Other companies said it was too hard or just weren’t interested in the work. Would recommend to others doing a second storey addition.
