Ducted Air Conditioning Perth

We recently had a ducted air conditioning system installed by Perth City Air and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

James was fantastic to deal with from start to finish. He stayed in regular contact and routinely checked in throughout the whole process to make sure everything was on track and that we were happy. He was always easily contactable and incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or needed anything clarified, which made the whole experience really easy and stress-free.

The job itself wasn’t the easiest, but the installation team handled everything with ease. They were professional, friendly, efficient and clearly took pride in their work. Chris was particularly great and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and that we were happy with the result.

They also removed and disposed of our old split systems without any hassle, which was a huge bonus and made the whole process even easier for us.

The entire experience with Perth City Air was excellent. They made what could have been a complicated job feel completely straightforward, and the finished result is fantastic. Perth City Air are easily recommended to anyone looking for a quality air conditioning installation.

These guys really are the best at what they do. From the moment I got Ryan's quote, I could see he had thought of things that other installers didn't consider. I didn't even know I could have a second return air, but it was perfect for my layout.

I wasn't sure about the unit size, so Ryan went above and beyond. He sent me the design of his own home and his usage across several days, which was a nice personal touch.

On the day, Eric and his team carried out an exceptional install. They talked through everything with me to make sure it was correct and left my property clean and tidy afterwards.

Even after the install, they are more than happy to take calls and help me optimise my Airtouch 5 system. You can tell they take real pride in their service and workmanship!

Our 46 year old reverse cycle ducted system finally failed, we got 2 quotes, and went with Perth city air due to positive reviews. James did an initial quote over the phone, and a more detailed quote once out at the premises … when he could see all the actual problems, including the fact that our antique power meter box would also need upgrading. So the job involved two main days, one with the removal and install team for the air con system, the other for the sparkies to complete their meter box upgrade (which added to the cost, but was definitely needed).
The air con replacement team took a whole day, but did a great job, leaving the area clean and tidy, taking away all the waste from the old system. The house had a tricky design, but they were able to troubleshoot problems, including having to install a ‘manhole’ into a wall for access (this was done a week prior).
The electricians came out the next day, did their work, upgraded the meter box to be modern and large enough to fit what was needed, and installed the control panel, explaining how to use it.
System has been working fine, currently winter, so only using the heating functions.
We had our power tripping 3 weeks later in the upstairs lights. We called back their electrical team (as the timing was suspicious). They spent a few hours in the roof diagnosing the problem, and found and replaced an existing lighting cable which must have been damaged during the installation 3 weeks prior. This was at no extra cost, and was performed very professionally.
The team have been great, communication efficient and timely, highly recommend Perth City Air for this type of work.
