Perth City Air is installing new split systems and maintaining my old ones. Every interaction is professional. They are prompt, on-time, good with communication and well priced. I really want to shout James and Chris who have come out a few times now. Every interaction has been great, and their work exemplary. I recently had Perth City Air replace all five ducted air conditioning systems in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process. From start to finish, it was a seamless and highly professional experience.
It began with the quoting stage, where Ryan provided clear, detailed options tailored to our needs. He spent a lot of time meticulously locating all the old machines, which were hidden away inside the ceiling. Then, Mitch handled the consultation and answering all our questions and ensuring we understood every aspect of the project. The installation team, led by Sean, was outstanding—they tackled this big job with incredible organisation and efficiency. Everything stayed on schedule, and the team worked cohesively to every detail to make sure everything went right, minimising any disruption to our daily life.
What stood out most was the professionalism and expertise of everyone involved. They were knowledgeable about the systems, addressed any concerns promptly, and left everything spotless after completion.

We would like to say how happy we are with our new reverse cycle system.
It was carefully planned with us before installation, by a couple of visits.
Installation day was efficient, completed by a good a few on the team.
Mike the electrician arrived the next day and again very thorough with everything and took time to explain the set up.and how to control it.

Great experience. From the lady I first spoke to on the phone thru to the service tech and then the install team, all were very competent, friendly and fair. Great to see a couple of young apprentices on the job too!

The team was amazing to deal with from start to finish. The bookings process was easy, and most importantly we had technicians arrive on time and the job completed ahead of schedule.
Each interaction whether it with the office, or team onsite they were professional, courteous and polite. The follow up process post installation to ensure the system was operating as expected is great to see!

Fantastic outfit to deal with had my Aircon installed a few years ago and had a warranty claim recently. It was very quickly resolved with a small control unit replaced. Chris and James came out and we’re really good at keeping in contact for when they was scheduled to arrive and then installed the unit pretty fast and everything was resolved with ease. Can’t recommend them enough -fantastic people and service

every member of the team involved in quoting, booking and installing a refrigerated system throughout our house were professional & friendly. I was not left with any mess or rubbish, and felt safe/comfortable having the team in my home.

I engaged Perth City Air for a quote to supply and install a ducted reverse cycle system for my home in Guildford. The company responded in a timely manner, quote confirmed early December 2025, work scheduled and completed early January 2026. The communication and professionalism of the teams involved was outstanding, questions answered clearly and works completed as scheduled.
